Since 1996, the Restored Order of Sacraments has been celebrated in the Diocese of Spokane Baptized children are
Confirmed and receive their First Eucharist in the same liturgy.

Sacramental Preparation

Baptized children in grades 2-6 are invited to participate in a fun, age appropriate program designed to not only prepare children for the sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist, but also to fully integrate them into the life of the Church and parish community.

For Children

Sacramental Preparation has 3 schedule options: 2 alternating Sunday schedules and 1 alternating Tuesday schedule. (An additional Tuesday class will be added if needed.) Please complete the online registration form below and read the schedules carefully. These sessions will begin in September and run throughout winter. Please complete the registration form and return it before Wednesday, September 13, 2026.  Late registrations cannot be accepted. 

There will be two opportunities for parents and guardians to attend one of the Parent Meetings:

*Must attend one. Children do not need to attend the parent meeting.

For Youth & Adults who want to Celebrate Confirmation

Individuals, both youth and adults, who have come into the diocese from other areas where Confirmation is still celebrated several years after First Eucharist are invited to prepare for Confirmation through a special renewal program which emphasizes the unity of the three Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist.

For Teens (grades 7-12) – Please see the schedule & registration form under “For Children.” Parents will attend one of the parent meetings listed above under “For Children.”

For Adults and University Students – The schedule will be created as needed. Sessions will run October through February and will meet once or twice a month. Please email Olivia for more information.

St. Al’s quilters enthusiastically get together in O’Malley Hall and produce two finished quilts a week. 
These quilts are donated to charities, schools, and community centers. If you want to help iron, cut, sew, pin, etc. (no experience necessary), come down to O’Malley Hall.
